'Yoga With Onmanorama', is a series from us that will help you practice and achieve steadiness in asanas. Through this series, we will challenge you with one new asana every week. The Bhujangasana or the Cobra pose derives its name from the word 'Bhujanga' which means snake; more specifically the Cobra.

» Useful for those suffering from respiratory disorder such as asthma
Who shouldn't do it:
» Pregnant women, and those suffering from ulcer, heart problem or any surgeries done on spine, brain or lungs should not do this asana
» Avoid practicing during periods if you feel uncomfortable
