Though the case was registered as per the court's directive, none has been named as accused. The court has reportedly instructed to add the accused during the course of the investigation.
Through a relative, he offered to divulge the details of the conspiracy hatched by Dileep and the first accused Sunil Kumar, aka, Pulsar Suni to assault the actress, it was learnt.
Antony made the sensational disclosure to media personnel while he was brought to the principal district and sessions court at Ernakulam on Wednesday.
The judge's comments were reportedly made during the course of the trial. The hearing in the case has been deferred to April 11.
Dileep had moved the HC, saying that, as an accused, he had the right to obtain the documents relating to the case.
The Vigilance court has ordered for an FIR to be registered into the alleged encroachment.
The magistrate court had accepted the argument of the prosecution that the clippings could be misused by Dileep, affecting the privacy of the actress.
Sources said the police will soon move a petition for trial of the case in the court of a woman presiding officer due to the sensitivities involved.
But even a year after the actress attacked was in a moving car in Kochi, the legal system in the state is nowhere near punishing the culprits.
