Kochi: Seven Kerala players have made it to the IPL auction to be held in Bengaluru on Monday. Kerala Ranji captain and left-handed batsman Rohan Prem, opening batsman and wicketkeeper Vishnu Vinod, medium-pacers Sandeep Warrier, Basil Thampi and K. M. Asif, off-spinner Fabid Ahmed and all-rounder Vinod Kumar are in the fray.
Star Kerala batsmen Sanju V. Samson and Sachin Baby have been retained by Delhi Daredevils and Royal Challengers Bangalore respectively.

Former RCB player Sandeep has undergone selection trials for Mumbai Indians this time around. Basil and Asif ,who took part in Daredevils' trials, will undergo RCB trials on Sunday.
Vishnu Vinod, who excelled in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy South Zone leg, scored a breezy 36 off 20 balls in South Zone's win over East Zone on Thursday, while Sandeep gave away only 19 runs from his quota of four overs. Vishnu, Sandeep and Basil are expected to be picked by the franchises.
