Dharamsala: Kerala beat table-toppers Delhi by two wickets in a low-scoring game to register their second successive win in the Vijay Hazare Trophy one-day championship here on Tuesday.

Kerala have 10 points from four matches and moved up to third spot in the seven-team Group B. Sachin Baby's men next meet Uttar Pradesh on Thursday.

Kerala pacers M D Nidheesh (4/41) and Fanoos F (2/27) were on song as Delhi were bowled out for 177 in 39.3 overs after Sachin put them in. Delhi lost wickets up front and were reeling at 56/4 in the 13th over. Though Dhruv Shorey (71) tried his best in the company of Milind Kumar (25) and Pradeep Sangwan (25), Delhi could only reach a moderate total.

Kerala openers Vishnu Vinod (21) and Jalaj Saxena (26) were quick to get off the blocks and put on 54. Though Kerala lost three quick wickets to slump to 63/3, Sanju Samson (29) and Sachin (52) added 39 to steady the ship. Kerala lost three wickets on the doorstep of win before overhauling the target in the 36th over.

Brief scores: Delhi 177 all out in 39.3 overs (Dhruv Shorey 71; M D Ndheesh 4/41, Fanoos F 2/27) lost to Kerala 178/8 in 35.4 overs (Sachin Baby 52; Navdeep Saini 4/39, Kulwant Khejroliya 3/27).
