Indian cricket icon Mahendra Singh Dhoni loves a challenge both on and off the field. The former India captain donned the role of chief executive officer (CEO) of Gulf Oil India for a day on Monday.
Ahead of the the Indian Premier League (IPL), Dhoni took charge as the CEO at the company’s headquarters in Mumbai.
Since the company had kept the news under wraps, most of the employees were in for a surprise when they saw the legend walk in as the CEO.
Dhoni’s association with the company dates back to 2011, when he was named the brand ambassador.
It is believed the man from Ranchi was keen to find out how a corporate CEO works.
