Shashi Tharoor Tharoor uses the choicest diction to make a point.

Shashi Tharoor, who swims through the English ocean like a fish, and electrifies Twitter with words like farrago and rodomontade, has made an error in one of his tweets.

What would have been an otherwise innocuous and simple grammar mistake, caught the attention of all as it came from Tharoor, who uses the choicest diction to make a point.

While thanking those who joined him on his Facebook live on new year's day, Tharoor tweeted “(sic) Delighted to have 20,000 live viewers for my #FacebookLive at lunchtime on New Year's Day! Those whom missed it can view it at leisure on … @facebook”

Many including social commentator Suhel Seth pointed out the mistake (whom) and corrected him. Though Tharoor accepted his 'typo,' it was enough for the twitter community to have a good laugh.

The opinions expressed here do not reflect those of Malayala Manorama. Legal action under the IT Act will be taken against those making derogatory and obscene statements.
