As summer sets in beware of dehydration and other illnesses

Sunburns and dehydration are the most common types of summer diseases. The levels of sodium and potassium in the body dip due to extreme dehydration. It is better to lower the portion of meat in your regular diet when it is summer. You could consume lots of vegetables and fruits to keep your body healthy and well-nourished. Summer fruits like mangoes and jack fruits are excellent. Personal hygiene plays a vital role in ensuring good health during the summer.
