You would feel weak and tired in case of dehydration or low intake of mineral and protein rich food. Unhealthy eating habits and aversion to nutritious foods are common causes of fatigue. The bodily functions would be performed properly only if the blood sugar is at optimum levels. The hormone produced by the thyroid glands play vital role in the proper functioning of many organs. The irregular functioning of the thyroid glands too may lead to fatigue and exhaustion.
