The report explains that consuming eggs, which are rich in cholesterol, in a certain quantity, for a long period of time, may lead to severe health problems.
According to the US department of agriculture, a big egg contains 200 milli grams of cholesterol. Researchers warn about the ill-effects of having more than two eggs a day. The chances of suffering heart ailments may increase up to 17% if more than 300 milli grams of cholesterol reaches our body on a daily basis. It increases the chances of premature death by 18%.
