Transfats

Transfats contained in margarine, peanut butter, cream and different types of spreads increase inflammation and lead to insulin resistance and fat deposits in belly.

White bread

Raisins

Fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers and antioxidants. However, when fruits like grapes are dried, the sugar in it become denser and increases the blood sugar level. So, instead of choosing dried fruits like raisins, try to consume fruits which have less sugar content.
