Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty is a self-confessed fitness enthusiast. The 57-year-old actor who is incredibly fit loves to hit the gym whenever he finds time. The actor says that he doesn’t use protein powder, supplements or tablets to maintain a fit body. “There is no other way than hard work to attain fitness. You shouldn’t forget that there is something called the ‘muscle memory’. Daily work-outs make your body fit and ready for the next day. It’s my habit which helps me stay fit always,” notes the actor.
Besides regular workouts, a healthy diet too plays a significant role in keeping Suniel Shetty sportive. The actor who likes to eat food in controlled portions says that he eats breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a poor man. “My dream is to inspire all the Indians who think fitness is child’s play. It in fact depends on our strength of mind. Changes would be visible when we begin to trust ourselves and have a positive mind,” the actor signs off.
