Thrissur native Neeraj has been living in the capital city, where he works, for years. He decided to build a house here and settle with his family, as he didn’t want to live in rented houses anymore. Neeraj purchased a 4 cents plot at Pothencode and allotted a budget of Rs 30 lakh for the construction of a beautiful house with all the modern facilities. The plot that he bought was actually a field and hence had to follow strict laws and instructions while constructing the house. The foundation of the house is built on pillars and the elevation is done in a box shape with flat roof to avail more space.
