None can beat Oscar-winning music mastero AR Rahman! Yes, the composer who was targeted online along with his daughter Khatija Rahman is back again. This time, he has shared the photo of his three children - Khatija, Raheema and Ameen -- all dressed up for a magazine photoshoot. Reportedly, all three of them will be featured in a national magazine's segment called 'Debutants' Ball'.
And in the pics, one can easily spot Khatija covering her face with veil, thus the family asserting that she has the freedom to choose her dress.
Earlier, both Khatija and her father were castigated online as the former was seen on stage in a saree covering her face with a veil. This happened as both attended the 10-year celebration of the film 'Slumdog Millionaire' bagging several Oscars.
As Rahman was trolled and called a 'hypocrite' for her costume, he responded by sharing a photo of Khatija with the caption #FreedomToChoose.
Rahman had won two Academy Awards in 2009 for 'Slumdog Millionaire' -- one for the Best Original Score and another for the Best Original Song, the latter was shared with Indian lyricist Gulzar.
