What would it feel like surviving in a world devoid of electricity, mobile phones and even automobiles? Well, the new video featuring Prithviraj's 'Nine' poses exactly this question.

The new video shares a curious insight into the movie, envisaged as a horror thriller. Is it a new beginning? Or is it the end of all? The question is simple and that is the essence of 'Nine'.

"Marvellous shots, visual brilliance and a never-before experience is what the movie promises", says Shony Panjikaran, Director and Head of Marketing Sony Pictures Entertainment, India.

The video aims at communicating with the audience in a different way.

Nine, according to its makers, is going to be a unique visual experience for the audience. It will be an amalgamation of science, fiction, and horror laced into a beautiful story of a father-son relationship, he added.

With just a day for the release 'Nine' has already garnered attention of the audience. The movie is tipped to span 'Nine' days and a mission to complete.

At least, the trailer seems to hint at such a plot.

Nine is the debut production venture of Prithviraj Productions. The movie also marks the big entry of Sony Pictures to the Malayalam film industry.

Shaan Rahman has composed the songs of the film while Sekhar Menon – actor and DJ is behind the background music.

Earlier, the trailer of Nine had created a new record as the it was screened on 15 different channels at 9 pm.
