Vijay Sethupathi's comments on Sabarimala draws flak

Popular Tamil film actor Vijay Sethupathi is the latest victim of cyberattack.

After the actor expressed his solidarity with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's stand on the Sabarimala issue, the actor's social media account has been filled with hate comments.

The actor had expressed his views in an interview given to a magazine.

While a group of netizens said that they will boycott his films released in Kerala, several others have welcomed his remarks.

Sethupathi, meanwhile, condoled the death of an old lady on the sets of his film in Alappuzha. She had received his financial help sometime before collapsing on the sets a few days ago.
