A total of 15 skilled artisants yoiled hard for 1, 826 hours to make this gown a reality. Priyanka's wedding date was also embroidered on the gown.

A recent video that has surfaced online, shows the making of the gown and Priyanka trying them.

Priyanka wore a Sabyasachi red lehenga for her Hindu wedding that took place on December 2.

She also had a customised neo-modern mangalsutra designed by Sabyasachi Mukherji.

Her husband Nick Jonas also wore a Ralph Lauren Purple Label tuxedo and his tux had a piece of the bride's dress concealed at the interior lapel, just over his heart. The fragment had been hand-embroidered with the Urdu words 'My Jaan', Ralph Lauren revealed.
