Trolls target the successful as social media activities suggest. And for Tollywood debutant Priyanka Jawalkar, it has come as a huge embarrassment even though she is basking in the huge success of her first feature film ‘Taxiwala’.

It all happened when someone posted a childhood photo of Priyanka in her plain Jane avatar on social media which went viral in no time.

Reacting to it, Priyanka told a vernacular daily, “I hoped no one would get hold of it. But someone managed to access it and trolled me using the picture. What is the point in denying that it is not my photo? It is my photo. Mine only… I have changed a lot. Vijay (Devarakonda) changed a lot. Everyone changes, what should I do? I myself got the shock of my life after seeing the photo. How you must be feeling, then?” she said.

After acting in some short films, Priyanka got the big offer to act with none other than the youth sensation Vijay Devarakonda in 'Taxiwala' that turned out to be a huge hit.

With the success of 'Taxiwala', Priyanka has become the cynosure of all eyes in Tollywood. This Anantapur-born Marathi girl attended some acting classes soon after finishing her B Tech. It was by dint of sheer luck that director Rahul Sankrityan happened notice her in one of her short films and decided to cast her in 'Taxiwala'.

However, with the immense success of the film, Priyanka is on cloud nine, though the trolling did dampen her spirit a bit!
