Director-actor Nadirshah has slammed reports which said superstar Dileep has backed out from his upcoming directorial venture.

According to reports, the movie titled 'Kesu Ee Veedinte Nathan', which marked the first association of Dileep and Nadirshah as an actor and director stopped filming as the actor had changed plans.

Talking to Onmanorama, Nadirshah revealed, “Dileep was to play a 90-year-old in the movie. Since he had appeared in the same look for his last blockbuster movie 'Kammara Sambhavam', Dileep and I jointly decided to change his role as the lead in the movie and an aged actor will play the lead.”

Further he added, “Contrary to reports, Dileep will be very much part of the film for he will be producing my movie.”

Sajeev Pazhoor of the 'Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum' fame has penned the screenplay for this film and this movie too will be a realistic drama, claims Nadirshah.

Currently, Nadirshah is busy directing the Tamil version of 'Kattappanayile Rithwik Rosha'n, the hit Malayalam movie that starred Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Prayaga Martin and Lijomol in the lead roles.
