Teary eyed Aishwarya Rai lashes out at paparazzi

Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai has always been cordial with media. But the beautiful actress had to give paparazzi a piece of her mind recently. The incident took place at an event, where she was frustrated by the hullabaloo created by media persons.

Aishwarya's harsh response came close on the heels of her husband Abhishek Bachchan's reported tiff with a photographer who allegedly tried to click a picture of the actress in an odd situation.

She was deeply distraught by the insensitive behavior of the paparazzi at an event organized by the ‘Smile Train Foundation’ where the actress offered fund for corrective surgical cure to one hundred children born with cleft lips. She seemed so angry with the the press persons that her eyes welled up and turned emotional.

Aishwarya was accompanied by her daughter Aaradhya as well to the modest function.

When camera persons created ruckus at the venue vying to get a picture the deluge of flashes and the clamor of the jostling shutterbugs left the actress in utter discomfort.

She said to the reporters rather crossly that they were behaving in an unprofessional manner and that it was not a movie premiere.

She even pleaded them to show some concern for the children who were seen disturbed by the chaos. The actress looked totally distressed when her repeated pleas to maintain restraint went unheeded.

The mother – daughter duo later cut the cake along with the children suffering from cleft lips.

Aaradhya had celebrated her birthday on November 16th and the Bachchan family had thrown a lavish party where the A-listers of Bollywood including Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan were present.
