New Delhi: India will take on Canada in the Davis Cup World Group play-off in an away tie from September 15 to 17.
India qualified for the play-off after beating Uzbekistan 4-1 in a home tie last week.

The win was India's first under non-playing captain Mahesh Bhupathi.
The victory also came without the services of veteran Leander Paes, dropped from the team for the first time despite being available, since his Davis Cup debut against Japan in 1990.
Canada, on the other hand, had lost to Great Britain 2-3 in the World Group first round in February.
