Kollam: The 10-year-old girl, who was found dead at her house in January, was sexually abused frequently and was molested even three days before her death, the doctor who conducted the postmortem has said.
The doctor, in his statement to the police, said the child was also subjected to unnatural sex.

The police had on Thursday taken nine people, including the child's mother, into custody over the rape and death of the girl. The police had earlier said that he child's mother and other relatives were not cooperating with the investigation.
The girl was found hanging from the window frame of her house on January 15 and postmortem report had revealed that she was sexually abused. However, no strong action was taken until March 15, when one of her relatives was taken into custody.
