What irked the youth icon was a comment that sarcastically compared Mammootty's action sequences in his upcoming flick 'Masterpiece' with that of Jackie Chan.
Unni Mukundan won’t let anyone criticize megastar Mammootty
Ever since the teaser of Mammootty’s upcoming flick Masterpiece is out, both his fans and the crew are equally excited. Young star Unni Mukundan, who is an ardent self-proclaimed Mammotty fan even put up a post in his Facebook page praising the stylish action sequences of Mammootty and director Ajai Vasudev’s 'good sense of filmmaking.'
Unni concludes his post by saying that the action performed by Mammootty would “set the theater into a frenzy of whistles and screams for the megastar”.
Replying to Unni’s post, a user's comment was like this: “the same was heard from Arya as well comparing Mammootty’s action sequences with Jackie Chan”. His further comment that Mamootty has limits to perform in action scenes had provoked Unni.
His reply to the comment didn’t take much long to come, and he even amicably challenged the person to wait for the movie’s release on December 21.
Unni’s message: My name is Unni Mukundan. Post your reply to this message on Dec 21 after you see the film. I repeat Mammukka is on Fire. Btw, I’m personally waiting for Dec 21 and your reply”.
Looks like Unni’s comments have made Mammootty’s fans very happy. Unni Mukundan is also seen in the movie where he plays the role of a cop named John Thekkan.
