Here’s a spicy and tangy chutney that goes well with them all... be it dosa, tapioca or even rice.
| Ingredients |
01. Dry red chillies - 18 02. Shallots - 24 03. Tamarind - to taste 04. Salt - to taste 05. Curry leaves - a few 06. Coconut oil - 2 tsp |
| Preparation |
01. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chillies. Crush with the onion and mix with tamarind, salt and curry leaves. 02. Add some coconut oil and mix well. |
