| 01. Potatoes - 4 02. Bread crumbs - 1 cup 03. Coriander powder - 1 tsp 04. Cumin (powdered) - 1 tsp 05. Garam masala - ½ tsp 06. Salt - to taste 07. White flour - ½ cup 08. Oil - enough to fry |
| Preparation |
| 01. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash. 02. Combine the mashed potatoes with the bread crumbs and coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. 03. Shape out small cutlets, dip in the white flour, followed by bread crumbs and deep fry. 04. Serve hot with tamarind chutney and curd. Recipe Courtesy: Starters & Desserts.
