| Ingredients |
| 01. Sugar free dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 250 g 02. Gelatin - 9 g 03. Milk - 150 g 04. Egg yolks - of 4 eggs 05. Artificial sweetener - 15 g 06. Fresh cream - 210 ml |
| Preparation |
| 01. Cut the chocolate to small pieces and microwave till it melts. 02. Soak 9 gram of gelatin in cold water. 03. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar free sweetener. 04. Beat in boiled milk to the egg mix. 05. Add the soaked gelatin followed by the dark melted chocolate. 06. Whip the cream till it fluffs and add slowly to the chocolate mix. 07. Pour into moulds and refrigerate till it sets. 08. Transfer to the serving dish and serve chilled. |
