| 01. Milk - 100 ml 02. Cocoa - 60 g 03. Artificial sweetener (sugar free) - 5 packets 04. Salt - ¼ tsp 05. Dark chocolate - 50 g 06. Milk powder - 120 g 07. Vanilla essence - 5-6 drops 08. Cashew nuts, peeled and roasted - 50 g 09. Rusk powder - 150 g |
| Preparation |
| 01. Whip the milk and chocolate in a saucepan. 02. Cook with the sugar free, salt, dark chocolate, milk powder and half the rusk powder. 03. Remove from fire and add the vanilla essence and cashew nuts. 04. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. 05. Roll the mix to about 24 balls. 06. Coat with the remaining rusk powder and serve cold. |
