This seafood preparation goes well with rice, bread or rotis. The crabs must be fresh and cleaned well.
Ingredients 
01. Crabs (cleaned) - 1 kg
02. Coconut oil- 2 1/2 tbsp
03. Ginger paste- 2 tsp
04. Garlic paste-2 tsp
05. Onions (small) – 1 1/2 tbsp
06. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
07. Coriander powder – 2 tsp
08. Pepper powder- 1 tsp
09. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
10. Coconut milk(2nd extract) – from half coconut
11. Salt-to taste
12. Vinegar-a little
13. Coconut milk (1st extract) - ½ cup
Preparation 
01. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic paste well.
02. When it is well fried, add the small onions and continue to sauté well.

03. Make a paste of the chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder with water and add it to the contents of the pan.

04. When it is fried well and gives out a nice aroma, add the second extract of coconut milk along with the salt and vinegar.

05. When the gravy begins to thicken, add the crabs.
06. When the crabs are well cooked and the coconut milk has dried up, add the first extract of coconut milk, stir on low flame for five minutes and remove.
