Systematic asset acquisition is a significant aspect of the life of modern, working Indian men and women. To keep pace with the changing trends and customer preferences, the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India) is trying to evolve as a client-centric and information-backed service entity. The change from a pestering middleman to a service-facilitator to an insightful professional is at the core of NAR-India's activities now. Speakers at the World Realtor Day function held in Bengaluru on March 21 also reiterated this point.
The event, to be held on the same day every year, is a bid to bring together the realtor fraternity. The week-long event would include out-reach and community service events like blood-donation camps.
NAR-India would strive to be the voice of professional realtors. Almost 20,000 associates are part of the organization through 40 local associations. NAR intends to standardize the operating procedures and codify the practices for the benefit of clients and realtors.
